Introduction

 

A vacancy exists for an Occupational Health Administrator based in Black Rock Clinic reporting to the Unit Manager on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for the rendering of a quality administrating service including Reception, data capturing, filling as well as general admin tasks that are effective, efficient and exceeds customer’s expectation and requirements.

Working effectively within a budget

Meeting clinic administration needs timeously by assisting with filling, data capturing and general admin tasks

Meeting the prescribed professional and quality standards of both Life Occupational Health and our Client

Requirements

Standard 10 certificate

Medical experience – ENA or AEA qualification will be an advantage

Computer literate

Candidates who are result orientated

good communication skills

have initiative and the ability to deliver quality outputs and reduce costs, will be most suitable for this position

Knowledge and experience regarding First aid will be an advantage

Customer orientated

Own transport

Own accommodation in Black Rock or close to Black Rock
