IT, CAT and Computer Literacy Educator (Locum)
01 January 2020 to 08 April 2020

St Teresa’s School is looking for an experienced IT, CAT and Computer Literacy educator to teach Grades 8-12.

This is a locum position.

The candidate should be:

SACE registered.
Suitably qualified and experienced in the subject, preferably with IEB Matric experience, conversant in IEB, SAGS and CAPS.
Prepared to participate as part of the Computer Department Team, involved in all relevant extra-murals.
Knowledgeable of current educational trends in IT and CAT education and understanding.
Experienced in teaching IT and CAT at Matric level.
Willing to teach in a creative manner, embracing cognitive education and appropriate use of technology in the classroom.
The ideal candidate should be organised, enthusiastic and suited to teaching in a girls’ Catholic school with the ability to identify and contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
